1. Application: Once you’ve found a position you’re interested in, create a profile, answer the prescreening and application questions, and apply online. 
  2. Preliminary screening: A designated talent acquisition professional reviews the qualifications of all candidates and forwards the resumes of the most qualified candidates to the hiring manager. The hiring manager then selects the candidates to interview. If you are not selected, you will get an email as to your disposition. 
  3. Phone screening: A representative may call you to ask for additional information such as depth of technical/professional knowledge, availability for interviews, interest in the job location and salary expectations, etc. 
  4. Interview scheduling: A representative will call to arrange a time for you meet the hiring manager and team.  We’ll make sure you have all the information you need to get to your interview on time and are prepared to meet our team. 
  5. Interview: You can expect to have individual meetings with representatives to discuss your background.  You will have a chance to share your qualifications and learn more about the organization. In some cases, we may ask you in advance for more information or to deliver a brief presentation.  
  6. Offer: If you are selected for a position, a representative will call you to present a formal offer.The offer package will include a starting salary and a summary of our benefits. Generally we like to hear your decision within a week.  
  7. Background checks: Once selected for a role, we will conduct a public trust clearance that covers your employment history, references, and educational qualifications.  This process can take 6-8 weeks following the offer. 
  8. New employee orientation: After the completion of your background check, you’ll establish a start date and attend our employee orientation along with other new hires.
